In the event of war with Turkey, the Russian Federation can be occupied within seven days. Such a statement was made by Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu on Turkish television, AWD News German newspaper reports.
"Since the crash of Su-24 jet, Russia has taken every conceivable opportunity to undermine Turkey. Of course, the members of our government behave as experienced and mature politicians, but our patience has limits," he said.
According to Cavusoglu, having faced with the aggressive actions of Russia, the Turkish authorities will not fear or be tormented by remorse.
" We act moderately, to bring our relations to a normal state. However, if necessary, I assure you, we can occupy Russia for less than 7 days, with the help of NATO and our regional allies, said the Minister.
It was reported earlier that Russian Su-24 jet was shot down by a fighter of the Turkish Air Force on the border of Turkey and Syria in the morning on November 24, 2015. As a result, the pilot of the Su-24 was killed, as well as the marine, who participated in the rescue operation at the crash site.
