ANKARA (QHA) -

Turkey does not officially deliver any products to Russian-occupied Crimea, stated the authorities of the country. However, the pirated deliveries can take place, according to the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Turkey. Nevertheless, all representatives of large and small businesses are warned that the deliveries of goods to the occupied Crimea are illegal.

Emir Rustamov, First Secretary of the Ukrainian Embassy in Ankara stated, “Turkish government will prohibit any such actions. Nevertheless, some pirate deliveries can take place. In any such case, if we receive relevant information, we appeal to the Turkish side for an explanation."

It was reported earlier that Rosselkhoznadzor (Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of Russia) reported of delivery over 400 tons of Turkish fruits during the period of October 1 – 19, 2015.
According to Emir Rustamov, such statements ‘meet Russian propaganda.’

“These statements meet Russian propaganda. They want to prove that Crimea is not isolated and Turkey actively cooperates with Crimea,” he said.
