Aggressive politics of Vladimir Putin pushes Ukraine to joining NATO. Acting President of Ukraine, speaker of Ukrainian Parliament Oleksandr Turchynov, said on the air of Ukrainian TV Show.

“Russia is afraid Ukraine will join NATO, it a kind of phobia for Russia. At the same time, with its aggression and military troops that are deployed at the Russian-Ukrainian border it pushes Ukraine to joining NATO”- speaker said.

Earlier, Russia warned Ukraine against integration with NATO, saying Kiev’s previous attempts to move closer to the bloc had strained ties with Russia and caused problems between Moscow and the defence alliance.
