The President of Ukraine has arrived in Ankara to hold talks with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Ukrainian delegation headed by Petro Poroshenko also plans to meet with Prime Minister of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu and the head of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Ismail Kahraman, according to the President of Ukraine website.
The Turkish colleagues met our delegation warmly. The upcoming two days will be very busy and productive for Poroshenko, Mustafa Jemilev, Refat Chubarov and other participants of the visit.
“This morning and afternoon - Kyiv and Ankara, this evening and tomorrow morning - Istanbul, and from there - to Kyiv. A few years ago Russian politicians intimidated their Ukrainian colleagues with a mythical Turkish threat to the territorial integrity of Ukraine. Now Moscow has done everything to united Kyiv and Ankara against a common aggressor,” Refat Chubarov wrote on his Facebook page.
