KIEV (QHA) -

The terrorists are planning a provocation involving Alexander Hug, Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, reports the Chief Intelligence Department of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.

“In view of the growing influence of the OSCE mission in occupied territories in Ukraine’s East, Russian officers with the Center for Information Warfare (located in the Russian city of Novocherkassk) and Russian Defense Ministry’s Center for the South Military District troops, who are on a mission in the cities of Donetsk and Lugansk, are continuing to make plans aimed at discrediting the OSCE monitoring mission,” reads a statement released by the Chief Intelligence Department of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.

It was reported earlier that LPR and DPR militants are planning to stage a series of large-scale provocations by firing at positions held by the Ukrainian troops in Donbass, thus drawing return fire upon themselves, said a report released by the Chief Intelligence Department of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.
