The committee of voters of Ukraine will observe Crimean Tatar referendum and make comprehensive assessment of the process, if the referendum organization meets Ukrainian and International laws, head of the Crimean department of the committee Andrey Krysko announced.
“If the decision on holding the referendum does not meet these principles, as the referendum on March 16 did, we won’t give a comprehensive assessment of the referendum”- he added.
