The Kremlin made a strange choice swapping the Ukrainian political prisoners Soloshenko and Afanasiev for Ukrainian separatists Elena Glischinskaya and Vitaliy Didenko who were trying to create the "People’s Rada of Bessarabia" in the city of Odessa, reported Ukrainian Truth.

- Glischinskaya and Didenko are charged with separatism - they were among the organizers and active participants of the so-called "People's Rada of Bessarabia", according to Ukrainian Truth.

At the same time, Ukraine’s MP Serhiy Leshchenko wrote on Facebook that Elena Glischinskaya is a Deputy Assistant.

- Elena Glischinskaya who was accused of separatism for organizing the so-called "People's Council of Bessarabia", sent to Russia in a swap for Gennadiy Afanasyev and Yuri Soloshenko, has appeared to be ... a Deputy Assistant of Vitaly Barvinenko ("Revival" Group) in two convocations, said the MP.

A renowned lawyer Nikolai Polozov also wrote on Twitter that the Russian authorities exchanged Soloshenko and Afanasiev not for Russian but for Ukrainian citizens.

- The Kremlin decided to swap Soloshenko and Afanasiev for Ukrainian separatists, not for Russians.

Prior to the exchange Glischinskaya was held in a detention center in the city of Odessa while Didenko was sentenced to three years in a colony in Rivne region.

Glischinskaya and Didenko arrived in Moscow by flight STC "Russia" onboard an aircraft An-148, the same one that brought to Russia the convicted Russian military Evgeniy Yerofeyev and Alexander Alexandrov.
