March, 22, the Russian security forces are carrying out a search in a house of a Kurultai spokesman in the village of Dmitrovka, Dzhankoi district in Crimea, Zair Smedlyaev, CEC Head of the Kurultai of the Crimean Tatar People, wrote on Facebook.
"At this moment the house of Remzi Muratov, the spokesman of the Kurultay of the Crimean Tatar People, is being searched in Dzhankoy district. Obviously, these are the consequences of a meeting on fight against terrorism held in Yalta," wrote Smedlyaev.
The details of the search are not disclosed. The official website of the Russian law enforcement agencies in Crimea also does not comment on the incident.
March, 21, Nikolai Patrushev, Russia’s National Security Council Secretary, held a visiting meeting at the Livadia Palace (Yalta). In his speech, Patrushev said the aim of the Ukrainian government is to create a "hotbed of civil instability" in Crimea.
