At the meeting of the Assistant to the RF President Vladislav Surkov with the employees of the Russian special services, plans for destabilization in Ukraine during the whole of March were discussed, Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Zorian Shkiryak stated, according to ZN.UA publication.

“According to our operational information, plans for further destabilization of the situation in Ukraine in the period from late February to late March were considered at the meeting held at the end of 2016 with the participation of the Russian Presidential Assistant Surkov and representatives of the Russian special services,” Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs informed.

Previously, Zorian Shkiryak suggested blocking Russian social networks "VKontakte" and "Odnoklasniki" in Ukraine, arguing that, according to him, these resources are controlled by members of the Russian special services.
