Sevastopol shows high turnout at the referendum on the status of Crimea, no violations recorded.  Head of Sevastopol city election commission Valeriy Medvedev said this to journalists. 

“All 192 polling stations opened on time, voting is taking place in the normal mode, no violations recorded.  Despite of rain in Sevastopol, the turnout is high, people are lining up to vote,” said Medvedev March 16.
