Ombudsmen for LPR and DPR terrorists claim they are almost done putting together lists of POWs held captive by the terrorists. According to them, they are willing to exchange POWs on an ‘all for all’ basis, reports RIA Novosti.
It is expected that the lists of POWs will be exchanged in Minsk where another round of negotiations will be held on December 8.
“We have long been ready for the exchange… The next round [of a meeting for settlement of the Donbass crisis – QHA] will be held on December 8, and we hope Victor Medvedchuk will help us exchange the lists,” said Darya Morozova, an ombudsman for the terrorists.
According to the latest information, no less than 142 Ukrainians are currently being held captive by the terrorists.
