“Self Reliance”Party ("Samopomich") blocked the rostrum in the Verkhovna Rada during the consideration of amendments to the Constitution in terms of justice, told the QHA correspondent in the Parliament. MPs demand new elections in the city of Krivoy Rog since its citizens have arrived in Kyiv and gathered outside the Verkhovna Rada with some of them being present on the balcony in the session hall.

The citizens of the city of Krivoy Rog in particular members of “Self Reliance” Party say the mayoral election was rigged in favor of Yuri Vilkul, a candidate with the "Opposition Bloc". Activists are chanting "Krivoy Rog!" trying to attract the MPs’ attention to their problem.

Vladimir Groisman proposed to convene a meeting of the party leaders for taking a decision over re-election in Krivoy Rog, while amendments to the Constitution are being discussed in the session hall. The MPs’ rebuttal of the proposition has stopped the work of the Verkhovna Rada.
