On Monday, March 27, law enforcement officers conducted a search in the Kyiv office of a former Deputy of the Sevastopol City Council, who was the founder and co-founder of a number of enterprises in Kyiv, according to the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Ex-deputy is a suspect in criminal proceedings into high treason (Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
During the search, an application for the transfer of corporate rights of enterprises to Sevastopol resident Vladimir Yekishev was found and seized. The application was sealed by notary public Yulia Geida, who illegally carries out her activities on the territory of the Crimean peninsula.
The Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea is studying the seized application, after which a legal assessment will be made regarding the unlawful actions of the former Sevastopol City Council Deputy.
