KRAMATORSK (QHA) -

Pro-Russian activists in city of Kramatorsk, Donetsk Region, on Monday took control of the city department of Ukraine’s Security Service, the local media reports.

A group of armed men in camouflage arrived at the SBU building. After negotiations with a duty officer who was alone because of the Easter holiday, they took control of the SBU department and hang out the flag of the Donetsk People’s Republic at the gates.

Earlier on Monday, they took control of the city police department.

Pro-Russian activists all over eastern Ukraine storm government buildings and police offices, demanding federalizations of Ukraine’s eastern regions.

The government of another eastern city Dnepropetrovsk has offered a reward for the arrest of diversionists and release of administrative buildings, captured by pro-Russian forces.

For the detention of a "little green man" and handing him over to the patrol, USD 10,000 was promised, for each handed over unit of firearms - from USD 1,000 to USD 2,000, and for each vacated office building - USD 200,000.
