Nariman Ustaev, Chairman of the Ukraine’s State Service on Crimea and Sevastopol, shared his vision on returning the Russia-annexed Crimea as cited by a QHA correspondent.

- Currently, several ways to return Crimea are being discussed. From a hybrid people's war to complex sanction mechanisms, said the official.

He also believes that the total violation of the human and property rights in Crimea peak up steam and not only in respect of state property, but of legal and private persons as well.

- As of now, strengthening the sanctions is the most effective mechanism. That is what will make it possible to respond effectively to systemic human rights violations by the Russian Federation in Crimea, said Nariman Ustaev.
