AQMESCİT/SIMFEROPOL (QHA) - In terms of reforming local self-government, experience of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea is quite interesting. This thought was expressed by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak while addressing local bodies of government and bodies of local-self-government of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the press service of the speaker informs .  
“Here you have something to share – positive and negative aspects, - and give proposals to the working group of the Constitutional Assembly. So we are waiting for opportune and constructive ideas from you,” he addressed to the participants of the meeting.
The Chairman of Parliament reminded that the issues of development of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea that has its specificity and structure of economy were fixed in the National Action Plan for 2013 within the realization of the Programme of Economic Reforms for 2010-2014. Urgent task for this year is to accelerate the reform of the national economy and social system, Volodymyr Rybak stated.
Volodymyr Rybak noted that it is necessary to develop coastal territories that link us with world economy; the tunnel that passes through energetic, trade, transport Eurasian routs.
He spoke on reconsideration of the issue of development of touristic sphere. Volodymyr Rybak called representatives of local councils of the Autonomy to elaborate specific proposals “to develop Crimea and make it touristic center not only for Ukraine, but for all the Europe.”
The Chairman of Parliament stressed: “All the power structures of the Autonomy and the State should be subjected to serving the interests of the people. Priority for the state and the entire management system, its driving force should be human-centered philosophy that puts human, his/her interests and needs in the center.”
Volodymyr Rybak drew particular attention to the necessity of changes in the philosophy of the younger generation. “As it is the future of our state, its welfare and prosperity,” he stressed, underlining that today it is very important to provide all round development of children.
