Buildings of Crimean Parliament and the Council of Ministers were seized overnight by uniformed armed men.

Press-service of Crimean Parliament confirmed the information.
A Crimean Parliament spokesman said the gunmen had ordered security guards to leave the building.
The police have cordoned off the buildings, don’t allow people to approach.
Crimean Prime Minister Anatoly Mogilev confirmed the information, called on Crimeans to stay calm.
“Buildings of the local government and legislature were seized overnight. I call on citizens of Crimea to stay calm. Crimean authorities will regulate the situation.”- Mogilev stressed in his address.
Mogilev announced official day-off to all the government institutions.
