Russian Court to consider case of Crimean Tatars June 27

The next hearing on the "Hizb ut-Tahrir" case is to be held in late June.

The trial of the Crimean Tatars in the "Hizb ut-Tahrir" case will continue on June, 27.

As QHA reported earlier, June, 16 the court questioned witnesses in the case.

On July 15, the North Caucasus District Military Court held hearing for four Crimean Tatars – Ferat Sayfullaev, Nuri (Yuri) Primov, Rustem Vaitov and Ruslan Zeytullaev charged with involvement in the "Hizb ut-Tahrir" organization banned in Russia. The court also questioned a secret witness under the pseudonym Alexander.

Rustem Vaitov’s lawyer Oksana Zhelezniak said the defense doubts the reliability of the anonymous witness's testimony.
