The Resolution of the Russian government approves the rules pursuant to Presidential Decree of January 1, 2016 "On measures to ensure the economic security and national interests of Russia in the implementation of the international transit of goods from the territory of Ukraine to the Republic of Kazakhstan through the territory of the Russian Federation."

It is also reported that sealing/unsealing of trucks moving from Ukraine on the basis of  GLONASS (GLObal NAvigation Satellite System) will become mandatory starting April 16.

As QHA reported earlier, February 14 the Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Transport has unilaterally suspended the movement of Ukraine-registered vehicles on its territory. Later, the restriction was lifted by agreement with the Ukrainian side.
