This was reported by Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov Sunday, Nov 15, according to RIA Novosti.
- If Ukraine has any initiatives to change the terms, we will consider them, said Siluanov.
Russia and Ukraine have agreed to USD 3 billion debt restructuring. Ukraine proposed Russia to participate in its restructuring, along with commercial lenders, but the Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said Russia is not a commercial lender, therefore such terms are unacceptable.
In turn, Finance Minister Natalia Yaresko said Ukraine is not going to lay down more favorable terms for the repayment of Eurobonds.
