Commandants of terrorist republics in Donbas received circulars on the preparation for the "elections" Oct. 18, reported Dmitry Tymchuk the coordinator of the "information resistance" group on his Facebook page.

According to him, a panic has broken out in the ranks of the separatists, as the Russian troops command has issued an order to withdraw part of its armed forces from the military conflict zone in the Eastern Ukraine back to Russia. Some units of regular troops, as well as separate Russian contractors are to be redeployed into Syrian war zone.

- The Government of local terrorists supposes Moscow to have ditched its plans on armed conflict escalation in Donbas and therefore it leaves separatists to fend for themselves. Turmoil intensifies as rumors that the FSB (Federal Security Service of Russia) border department is going to strengthen the protection of the Ukraine- Russian border on the territory bordering the occupied regions, said Dmitry Tymchuk.

It is also known that Russia intends to prevent the entry to Russia of "undesirable elements", embracing local terrorists and their own contractors.

Reportedly, Russian "military advisers", staff officers of the Russian army are also going to leave the location of some armed groups of the o-called "DPR" and "LPR".
