Russia is continuing to move troops to the Crimean border, reports Podrobnosti citing eyewitness accounts.

“At about 5 a.m. Kiev time a convoy of roughly 30 Nonas was spotted advancing toward the border from the town of Jankoy,” says the report.

Nona-C is a Soviet-made self-propelled gun designed mostly to provide fire support to airborne troops in a combat environment.

According to the eyewitness account, the convoy was headed north along the Jankoy-Chaplynka motorway some 30 kilometers from Jankoy.
