Russia launched military exercise in Crimea

The Russian Federation naval aviation started training and combat operations with launch of missiles at the Opuk training area in the occupied Crimea.

Acting Chief of the Black Sea Fleet press service, Captain of the second rank Nikolai Voskresenskii announced, RIA Novosti informs.

"The Black Sea Fleet naval aircrafts started combat training operations today. Sukhoi Su-24 attack aircrafts will practice the single flights conducting bombing and launching unguided rockets against ground targets on Opuk training ground during the day," Voskresenskyi said.

He added that Be-12 amphibious antisubmarine aircrafts will be used to ensure successful combat exercises at sea by the crew of Ladnyi patrol ship. He also said that Ka-27 helicopters will came into antisubmarine training operations.
