(QHA) -

Federal Migration Service of Russia (FMS) denied the information about ban to Crimean Tatar leader Mustafa Jemilev to enter Russian Federation and Crimea and said the document has no legal force.

“There is no such information. I can easily hand over such a “document” to you, and you can give it to me. It is just a piece of paper with neither stamp nor signature. There is nothing even to comment”- FMS press-service said.

Vice head of State Council of the Republic of Crimea Konstantin Bakharev also denied the information.

“We have formed the list of persona non grata to Crimea that includes 300 people. There is no Jemilev in the list”- he said.

To recall, April 22, when crossing Crimea's administrative and territorial border with Ukraine, Jemilev was handed an act of notice banning his entry to the Russian Federation and Crimea for 5 years.
