Russia continues building up troops along the Ukrainian borders, thus threatening the national security of Ukraine, said Vadim Skibitskiy, spokesman for the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Defense Ministry, as cited by BBC.
- Russia maintains readiness for full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine, according to Skibitskiy.
He also said that in order to implement its plans, Russia has started restoring the earlier disbanded troops on the national territory, as well as creating new units in occupied Crimea.
Skibitskiy stressed that over the last week the Military Intelligence of Ukraine has recorded 62 violations of the Minsk Agreements.
