“Our construction units did everything to create the most comfortable conditions. In this case the price-quality ratio is rather good,” the First Deputy Director of the FSB of Russia Volodymyr Kulish said.
Head of "FSB of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol," Victor Palagin stated that the facility was built in record time, within 8 months, due to large amount of the allocated funds.
Moreover, the occupation authorities informed of their plans to build the new FSB offices in the Kerch and Sudak as well.
