WASHINGTON (QHA) -
n his first post-election interview published on Friday in the newspaper The Wall Street Journal, Trump spoke about the planned telephone conversation with Putin.

According to the newspaper, the winner of the election said that he had already received congratulations from most world leaders except President of Peoples Republic of China Xi Jinping, and had a telephone conversation with some others.

In particular, Trump said that received a  "beautiful letter" from the Russian President Vladimir Putin. He went on saying that soon they are going to have a scheduled phone call.

Earlier, a spokesman for the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, said that Putin has no plans to contact  the billionaire until the Republican officially takes up the post of the US President.

“No. Let us not forget that the counterpart of the President Putin is the current President Barack Obama,” Peskov said, answering the question whether the Russian leader is going to limit to a congratulatory telegram, or planned closer ties with Trump.
