According to Dmitry Peskov, anti-ISIS coalition members should resolve the Syrian crisis not by antagonizing Russia and other anti-ISIS countries but by helping each other.

“As regards Russia’s isolation, we have unfortunately been hearing and seeing rhetoric like this over the last year. It carries little weight, I should say,” Dmitry Peskov, Russian President’s Press Secretary, is quoted as saying by Russian TASS news agency.

Peskov keeps reiterating the futility of Russia’s isolation due to it being an important member of the international community. In his turn, Josh Earnest, White House Press Secretary, said on Monday that Russia might face international isolation should it continue to support Syrian President Bashar Asad.
