Putin’s address to be broadcasted in Crimea despite 'blackout’

Russian authorities say that Crimeans must watch the address of Russian President. A critical situation with power supply is not to prevent it.

Russian authorities are going to arrange the broadcast of Putin’s address to the Federal Assembly for residents of Crimea at all costs, Kryminform reports citing Andrey Yegorov, inspector and plenipotentiary representative of the Russian President, as saying. 

“I would like to ask you to organize a live broadcast of Russian President Vladimir Putin's address to the Federal Assembly on December 3. It is very important for people,” Yegorov addressed officials responsible for emergency response in Crimea.
