Speaking at the ‘Russia Calling’ investment forum, Russian President Vladimir Putin called a demand for Russia to observe the Minsk accords absurd, reports Газета.ру.
“Everyone demands that Russia observe the Minsk accords, but that is absurd. The Ukrainian crisis should be settled through political processes involving four to five stages,” said Putin.
The Russian President elaborated his point by saying that he primarily meant permanent changes to the Ukrainian constitution. He also reiterated his opinion that all the processes should be agreed upon with the DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic) and LPR (Lugansk People's Republic).
