According to the data published on the official website of the Presidential Commissioner on the Affairs of the Crimean Tatar People in Ukraine, the temporary detention isolators have already been checked in the cities of Razdolny, Alushta and Bakhchisarai.
Reportedly, the isolation cells in the village of Razdolny have no drinking water and medical units have medicines expired.
Repairing the IVS facilities and equipment modernization are also an important issue.
Some IVS do not meet Russian standards to the pre-trial detention centers so much that they should be shut down.
As QHA reported earlier, Russian occupants have reported on the excessive number of people held in Crimea’s jails.
