Ukraine and the United States will team up in order to liberate Crimea from Russia’s occupation, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko told during a meeting with US Secretary of State John Kerry as cited by a QHA correspondent.
We will join our efforts on the de-occupation of Crimea. That is why we do not lift sanctions, said Poroshenko.
The Head of State went on saying that an issue of temporarily occupied territories has a special place in the US-Ukraine dialogue.
The issues of Russia’s aggression in Crimea and Donbas have a special place. Crimea is the territory of Ukraine, and that is the US stance, summed up Poroshenko.
