Wednesday at a meeting with newly elected mayors, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has once again declared Russia’s non-fulfillment of the Minsk Agreement obligations.

- The fact that the aggressor is not fulfilling its obligations is not an excuse for us. On the contrary, the power of the global coalition supporting Ukraine bases on our being a responsible country, and the aggressor, who does not fulfill the obligations must account for it, via sanctions as well, said Poroshenko.

Earlier on, it was reported that at the December summit, the EU member-countries and EU government intend to extend economic sanctions against Russia for another six months.
