Poroshenko signed law for EU visa-free travel

the Presidential press service recalled that the document on the electronic declaration is part of a package of laws that are necessary for the approval of the EU-Ukraine visa-free regime.

On Tuesday evening, March 15, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed a law on electronic declaration, which was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada following some amends.

- The officials will fill the declarations in 2016 and will be liable since 2016, said the President.

On March, 15 the Verkhovna Rada adopted the law On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning terms on which officials are provided declarations on property, income, expenses and liabilities of a financial nature in 2016 with the proposals by Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko previously agreed with the European side.

Yegor Sobolev became the first MP who filled and submitted the electronic income declaration.
