Ukraine will make Russia undergo punishment for the illegal annexation of Crimea. Such a statement Petro Poroshenko posted on his Facebook page to the 2nd anniversary of the peninsula occupation.
“Over the past two years Crimea is involved in mass arrests and repression. The rights of Crimean Tatars are cynically violated. The occupants’ behavior in Crimea is increasingly reminiscent of the Stalin era,” Poroshenko wrote.
He noted that Ukraine and the international community continue to exert pressure on the Russian Federation.
“Negotiations on de-occupation of Crimea are being conducting on the basis of international formats, including Geneva Plus format. Russia will pay a price the aggressor has to pay. The whole world with Ukraine! Crimea is Ukraine!” Head of the State posted.
