Poroshenko decides to talk with Putin

Following the provocative actions of the Russians in the Crimea, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has decided to hold talks with the key world leaders and the President of Russia.

Ukrainian Foreign Ministry plans to organize telephone talks with the leaders of Germany and France in the trilateral Normandy format. The US Vice-President and the European Council President Donald Tusk will be also initiated to the conversation as well as the Russian President Putin.

The experts believe that such provocation is Russia’s another step to a major offensive not only on Ukraine but also on the West, reports 24.

Following the provocations, Poroshenko ordered to alert all military units near the administrative border with Crimea, as well as in Donbas.
