A hand grenade that blew up outside the Verkhovna Rada left several dozens police officers wounded, several of them critically. -

According to Vitaliy Klitchko, Mayor of Kiev, one of the police officers has died in hospital from wounds sustained in the blast.

A hand grenade thrown at the police officers may well have been part of the plan to destabilize the situation in Kiev.

It is estimated that 30 to 100 policemen have sustained injuries due to the blast, with two of them critically wounded. Some of the injured policemen are reported to be former ATO soldiers.

Just a reminder: a draft law granting some of the areas in Donbass greater autonomy has been approved today by the Verkhovna Rada.
