People are gathering outside the Simferopol Court. The hearing is being held via videoconference between Simferopol Court and the presiding judge in Rostov-on-Don.

- Now our compatriots are gathering not only at the memorial signs and boards, but also outside the building of the Crimean Court in Simferopol, which is holding hearing for the Crimean Muslims Ruslan Zeytullaev, Rustem Vaitov, Yuriy Primov and Ferat Sayfullaev, accused of terrorism, although the terror is committed by those in power, the CEC Head of Kurultai Zair Smedlyaev wrote on Facebook.

Ruslan Zeytullaev was detained January, 23 2015 on rigged up charges in the "case of Hizb ut-Tahrir" and accused of committing a crime under Part. 2 Sect. 205.5 of the Russia’s Criminal Code (participating in the organization that under the legislation of the Russian Federation is recognized as terrorist).

Zeytullaev is misrepresented as the organizer, while the others – as members of the "international terrorist organization."

Rustem Vaitov, Yuriy Primov and Ferat Sayfullaev have also been arrested on the same charges and are being held in custody so far.

According to the lawyer Emil Kurbedinov, the judgment is very "scarce" and does not provide any evidence of terrorist activities of this organization. The involvement of Hizb ut-Tahrir in any terrorist activity is of fundamental importance as an object used to bring the charges.
