American hackers gained access to the command system of the army and the intelligence services of the Russian Federation and feel quite confident there, the American TV channel NBC-News reports, citing an unnamed source in the American military office. According to the channel, it is a response to the hacking of government servers of the United States by Russian hackers.
“The US military hackers infiltrated the electrical and telecommunications of Russia, as well as the command of the Kremlin system, making them vulnerable to attack from a secret US cyber weapons, if the United States deem it necessary, according to a senior intelligence official and the top-secret documents, studied by the NBC News,” the channel informs.
In mid-June, Russian hackers broke into the US Democratic Party database. They gained access to the data collected on the candidate for US president from the Republican Party, Donald Trump, and were able to read all the emails and chat traffic of the committee. In that case, cybercriminals did not have access to financial information or personal information of the Party sponsors.
