The Pechersk District Court completed hearing into a case of MP with the Brovary City Council Sergey Boyko who was detained by the police last night.

The detainee was accused under Part 2 Section 294 of the Criminal Code (organization of mass disorders) concerning the events outside the Verkhovna Rada Aug 31, 2015. However, the Court released Boyko on written undertaking not to leave the place. According to the QHA (Crimean News Agency) anchorman, Boyko has no right to leave the territory of the town of Brovary during the investigation.

After being released Boyko thanked all those present for their support and said he would make every effort for the release of all political prisoners in Ukraine.

Earlier, QHA reported the rally was held in support of the OUN battalion soldier Sergey Boyko, MP for the Brovaty City Council from the "Freedom" Party.
