The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin laid flowers near the building of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, which in July 2016 was bombed during an attempted coup, according to the message on the page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine on Twitter.

The Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was accompanied by the leader of the Crimean Tatar people, the Presidential Commissioner of Ukraine for Crimean Tatar People Affairs, People's Deputy Mustafa Dzhemilev, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Turkey Andrii Sybiha and others.

March 30 is the second day of the working visit of Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin to Turkey. In the trip he is accompanied by People's Deputy of Ukraine Mustafa Dzhemilev.

Earlier, during the visit of the Ukrainian Foreign Minister to Turkey, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin, leader of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Dzhemilev, Ukrainian Ambassador to Turkey Andrii Sybiha met with Speaker of the Great National Assembly of Turkey İsmail Kahraman and President of theTurkish General National Assembly's Foreign Relations Committee Volkan Bozkır.
