OSCE PA President makes conditions of his visit to occupied Crimea

OSCE Parliamentary Assembly President said that he would accept the invitation in case of implementing Minsk agreements. He also noted, “We have to wait and see what will happen.”

The possibility of visiting the occupied Crimea by Ilkka Kanerva, the President of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, depends on many factors, in particular on the implementation of Minsk agreements by all sides.

“My decision to visit Crimea will depend on situation in Ukraine and implementation of Minsk agreements, as well as further development of situation in Crimea. We have to wait and see what will happen,” Ilkka Kanerva said.

He also noted that the he would not visit Crimea in the coming months due to busy work schedule.
