KYIV (QHA) - Opposition forces have to work more closely with the civil society and check their interaction, MP Oles Donii said in a TV talk show, commenting on the Rise up, Ukraine! protest in Kyiv.
"It is very important that the opposition forces adjust their cooperation, and check interaction. Only three parties are not enough. It was necessary to involve community activists, social movements and moral authorities. I think that we lack this unity, the unity of action. We just need to learn to work together," Doniy said, according to Ukrinform.
In his opinion, the protesters in the square waited for more from the leaders. "I think that a large part of the people who came to this rally, expected that either a single presidential candidate will be presented, or at least a candidate for mayor of Kyiv. Unfortunately, this was not done. I think that's a mistake. I think people should have been given an algorithm of victory," he underscored.
