In the annexed Crimea, the Tavrida printing house issued 1.4 million ballots for the election of the president of the Russian Federation.
Most of the ballots are for ordinary voting and only 114 thousand are for voting using automated processing complexes. The invaders note that defective copies and surplus - about 18 thousand ballots - were destroyed.

Next, the occupaiers will transfer all the printed materials to the territorial election commissions, and on March 16 they will deliver them to the polling stations.

Reportedly, many international organizations and politicians criticized the holding of presidential elections in Crimea. At the same time, according to the Deputy Head of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, presidential elections will be held in the Crimea in "regular mode". The invaders appointed the date of the election on the day of the annexation of the Crimea - on March 18.

QHA reported that the World Congress of Crimean Tatars called on compatriots to boycott the so-called presidential elections in the occupied Crimea. Congress of the indigenous people of the Crimea called the election illegal, unlawful and immoral.
