Obama may meet with Crimean Tatar representatives

US President Barack Obama may hold a meeting with representatives of the Crimean Tatars during his upcoming trip to Europe, Ben Rhodes, Deputy National Security Adviser for Strategic Communication for U.S. President announced.

He noted that during the meeting Barack Obama plans to express its support to Crimean Tatars.

According to Ben Rhodes, the U.S. leader expressed extreme concern about the situation of the Crimean Tatars and the reports of violations of their rights.

As we earlier reported, Barack Obama would meet with the newly elected president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, June 4, in Warsaw, Poland.
