Rustam Temirgaliev, Vice Prime Minister of Crimean Parliament – that Ukrainian government and Mejlis of Crimean Tatar people declared illegitimate—promised all the Crimean Tatar issues to be settled, vice Premier claimed at the press conference in Simferopol March 6.

The statement comes after self-proclaimed Parliament voted for Crimean annexing to Russian Federation.

Temirgaliev also noted, Crimean government is negotiating with the leaders of Mejlis of Crimean Tatars.

“There are negotiations regarding the position of Crimean Tatars. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnihanov made the Mejlis an offer, so they should answer soon. I hope, Crimean Tatar leaders are wise enough to save international peace” – he said.

Vice Premier stressed that new constitution, (constitution of Crimea as a part of Russia- ed.) will guarantee all the rights of Crimean Tatars and their participation in making decisions.

“The constitution will guarantee rights of Crimean Tatar people. Government will finance the most important issues, including the placement of Crimean Tatars”- he said.

Crimea's self-proclaimed government also believes that Ukrainian troops are occupiers and Crimea is the territory of the Russian Federation.

“At the moment, due to the fact that Crimea has become a territory of the Russian Federation, the only legitimate armed formations in the territory of Crimea are the Russian armed forces. Armed forces or other third countries will be considered occupiers, with consequences for themselves,”- Temirgaliev said.

To be noted, Mejlis of Crimean Tatar people and Ukrainian government declare Crimean Parliament and its decisions illegitimate.
