BRUSSELS (QHA) -

During the meeting, attended by Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister of Ukraine - Vadim Pristayko, the parties discussed topical issues of the Ukraine-NATO summit due to be held in Warsaw, as well as the security situation in Eastern Ukraine, including the implementation of the Minsk Agreements.

The Member States of the Alliance reaffirmed their strong political and practical support to Ukraine and non-recognition of Russia’s annexation of Crimea. The allies noted the importance of the Minsk Group process for tackling a Russia-triggered crisis in Ukraine, as well as the significance to extend sanctions against Russia until the latter fully implements the Minsk Agreements, according to the website of the Ukraine’s Mission to NATO.
