Sergei Naryshkin, Russian State Duma Speaker, invited the head of the Parliamentary Assembly (PA) of the OSCE Ilkka Kanerva to annexed Crimea, RIA News reports.

“I would like to invite Ilkka Kanerva – let’s visit the Crimea together. You will have the opportunity to talk to people in the streets and squares and they will tell you that they are free from now on,” Naryshkin said.

As a reminder: The French deputies who visited the Crimea were handed a notice of suspicion. In particular, the notification of suspicion was handed over by the Kyiv Prosecutor’s Office to Marie-Christine Dalloz, a member of the French Parliament delegation to the PACE. The similar notifications are expected to be forwarded to Pierre Thierry Mariani and Yves Pozzo di Borgo via the head of the French delegation to the PACE, RBK-Ukraina reports.

The French deputies are charged with unauthorized entry and exit from the temporarily occupied Crimea, which harmed the interests of Ukraine.
