Leader of Crimean Tatar people will meet with U.S. Vice President Joe Biden in Kyiv April 22.
Mr. Biden has arrived in Kyiv to start a visit in which he is expected to hold talks with the Ukrainian leadership.
A senior U.S. administration official said the vice president plans announce during his two-day visit a package of technical assistance to Ukraine, focused on energy and economic aid.
On April 24 Mr. Jemilev will take part in Eurasian forum in Kazakhstan.
According to Crimean Tatar leader the forum is focused on Ukraine and he was asked to participate.
“There are pro-Russian delegates among the speakers and so I decided to take part”- the leader said.
