- Today, the Kiev District Court of Simferopol considered the FSB investigator's motion to arrest Mustafa Dzhemilev. Justifying their motion, the investigator and the prosecutor said a criminal case against Mustafa Dzhemilev has been launched under three Sections of the Criminal Code, i.e. he is hiding from the investigation and trial, he can put pressure on witnesses, destroy evidence, as well as he is a citizen of another state with no permanent place of residence on the territory of Crimea. The court has granted the investigator’s petition and arrested Dzhemilev in absentia. Currently, Mustafa Dzhemilev has been put on the federal wanted list, said Temishev.
